The service is available as a free download for first 30 days, after which you will be charged £9.99 per month.
Disney has finally entered into the subscription-based streaming services business with the launch of DisneyLife. The app not only offers movies and music, but also audiobooks and e-books. If you are a die-hard fan of Disney content, then you may test the service for 30 days for free, after which it will cost £9.99 per month.
U.K is the first country to get the service, but it will soon be rolled out to other European countries, most likely Germany, France, Italy and Spain, a speculation based on the fact that it is currently available in English, Spanish, Italian, French, and German language.
DisneyLife has more than 100 Disney and Pixar movies, 5000 songs from some of its greatest releases like Frozen and Toy Story, and more than 2,000 television programs. You will also get access to the company’s exclusive library containing a large number of e-Books and audios.
The service can be registered on 10 devices, but content can only be streamed on 4 devices at a time.
For now, the service is only available to iOS and Android users, but it is will start supporting other platforms in the coming months.
