Android 6.0 Marshmallow has been getting pretty good reception since its launch due to the amazing features that it brought along with it. A large number of users have already migrated to the latest mobile operating system, while others are anxiously waiting for it to roll out for their device. As good as this new OS is, it also has some issues. One of the major problems that is being encountered by a lot of users is when they try to connect Wi-Fi. Sometimes, it doesn’t connect at all, and occasionally, it disconnects for no apparent reason. Method 1: Toggling Airplane Mode On and Off
If you’re facing Wi-Fi connectivity issue after updating to Android Marshmallow, then try toggling Airplane mode on and off. Doing this a couple of times has done the trick for a large number of people, and hopefully, this will resolve your problem as well.
Method 2: Rebooting Your Phone
If toggling Airplane mode doesn’t work, try shutting down your phone and turning it on once again. Rebooting your device usually works, so try it out.
Method 3: Network Settings Reset
If the aforementioned methods don’t work for you, then you can try resetting the network settings. To do so, just follow the given steps:
- Go to Settings
- Open Backup & reset
- Tap Network settings reset
