iPhone 6 has brought a ton of new and exciting features to the table that are loved by the users all over the world. However, there have been a large number of users who have encountered some problems during their usage. One of the issues plaguing iPhone 6 includes red screen problem which pops out of nowhere and doesn’t allow users to perform any task. Some workarounds and fixes for this issue have been outlined below.
Keep the Sleep/Wake button pressed along with the Home button for approximately 10 seconds. An Apple logo will show up, initiating the restart. Usually when the iPhone 6 restarts, everything starts to work normally.
The other solution you can go for the Restore process. Switch off your iPhone 6 and connect it to a computer running the latest iTunes version. Switch it back on but keep the Power and Home button pressed. A window will show up asking you to Connect to iTunes. From here you can select the restore option and keep on following the instructions that appear on the screen.
Both of these solutions have been tested and in most cases they have worked. However, if you keep on encountering the issues after both of the solutions applied, then the best course of action would be to visit Apple store and have a certified expert look at it.
