Instagram has increased the maximum length of its video clips from 15 seconds to 60 seconds. This company made this move after noticing a 40% increase in the amount of time Instagram users spend on watching videos.
While the Facebook-owned company has started rolling out the feature to everyone, it will officially become available “in the coming months”.
The photo and video sharing platform has also released version 7.19 for iOS, bringing back the support for multi-clip video feature. There is no information on if and when the feature will be available for Android users.
Instagram started offering videos back in June 2013. This is the first time it has increased the maximum length of its videos.
