The app is only available in the United States and China at the moment, with availability coming for other countries soon.
In an effort to connect Windows 10 PC’s with iOS and Android devices, Microsoft has finally made its virtual personal assistant Cortana available for Android and iOS users across the U.S. and China.
Cortana, which is a rival to Siri and Google Now, has long remained exclusive to Windows OS. The company has been testing the Android and iOS app lately and it seems the beta version got positive feedback.
While the Android and iOS version is not as powerful as its Windows counterpart due to the lack of a few features, the tech giant is trying hard to integrate the service on both the rival platforms successfully.
The apps are now available on Google Play and App Store free of cost. You can give it a try, but there is one limitation. The service is only available on iOS 8 and above, and Android version 4.1.2 and above.
