Infinix Zero 5

(Review) Infinix Zero 5

Infinix Zero 5 has just been released and despite its not so expensive price point, it is a pretty good smartphone. It comes with dual cameras, slightly larger screen, and most importantly, a huge battery. Battery timings have become a major issue these days as there are barely any phones that can last for more than a day. Thankfully, Infinix put some thought into it and has included a bigger battery in their latest offering. It comes with a ton of other mainline features as well including a headphone jack, full HD display, dual-LED, latest software, and much more. It is a sight to behold, but as mentioned above, the screen is on the higher side, being close to 6-inch. If you like bigger screens, then you must check this one as it is a great new addition to the market.

Yes, the Infinix Zero 5 is huge, but the creators have made it so that it remained smart. The weight is a bit on the higher side, but that’s to be expected from a larger phone. The basics like charging port and headphone jack are all there, so you won’t be missing out on anything.

The 6-inch screen is accompanied by full HD display. This means that you can view all of your favorite pictures, movies, and TV shows in 1080p resolution. The icons are sharp, backgrounds pop out, and everything looks beautiful on it. Furthermore, there are multiple options available that provide complete control of the how your phone looks and feels. So, if you don’t like the theme or wallpaper or audio, you can change them with ease.

Infinix Zero 5 is equipped with MediaTek Helio P25 MT6757 chipset, 2.6 Ghz Octa Core CPU, and ARM Mali-T880 GPU. These specifications are supported by 6GB of RAM, which help deliver remarkable performance. In my usage, I didn’t encounter any slowdowns or crashes, even when the device was put under extreme conditions. So, on performance front, there are zero complaints.

This device boasts dual cameras – one is of 12MP while the other is of 13MP. Both of them work together to bring some excellent results. The reason these cameras are able to output such remarkable photos is because of the features that they are equipped with. These cameras boast 10X digital zoom, touch focus, pro mode, panorama, HDR, geo-tagging, and much more. Secondary camera is of 16MP and is equally amazing.

Li-On non-removable 4350 mAh battery has been integrated into Zero 5, and it helps the device last easily for two or more days. Even if you put it under extreme conditions, it would still be able to last easily for at least two days. This is more than what other brands in the same category are offering, and if battery is amongst your requirement, you really should consider Zero 5.

The Infinix Zero 5 comes with 64GB of hard disk space, but it can be increased via microSD card, which are supported up to 128GB.
