Disney has partnered up with Google to bring users an awesome Star Wars game.
One of the biggest phenomena in the history of cinema, Star Wars: The Force Awakens is going to launch in a couple of day and Disney is partnering up with all sorts of companies to get the word out. They partnered up with Giphy Cam App to bring some awesome filters to the GIFs and now they have found a way for the users to use their smartphones as Lightsabers.
This latest partnership is done between Disney and Google. The users are given a link that they have to put in the browser of their smartphone, and then a game will start. This game gives you a Lightsaber, which is controlled via your phone. In this game, you are being attacked by storm troopers and you have to fend them off through quick reflexes.
Open this link on your desktop https://lightsaber.withgoogle.com/ and you will be given another link which you will have to put on your phone’s browser. This will initiate a training ground where you will be getting shot and have to stop the bullets with your Lightsaber. After fending off enough bullets, the actual game will begin, putting you in the middle of the action.
It’s not only a good way to get hyped up for Star Wars, but it’s also a good way to pass the time. The visuals of the game look brilliant and you are getting it for free, so there’s no reason to miss out on it.
