Now you can stay in touch with your Facebook friends through your Apple Watch.
Apple’s keynote took place last month where the tech giant revealed that Facebook Messenger app will be making its way to the Apple Watch, but it will only be available to those users that have upgraded to WatchOS 2. The wait is over as it’s finally here.
With Facebook Messenger on the smartwatch, you will be able to communicate with your friends, and you can also share multiple things including voice clips, likes, and stickers. These little additions would certainly be helpful as almost everyone uses Facebook, and with the help of the Messenger app, the communication will become a whole lot easier.
Apart from Apple Watch support, Facebook Messenger for iOS has also received spotlight integration and multi-tasking on iPad. The presence of spotlight was very much a necessity as it allows users to easily go through Messenger contacts and messages without needing to open the app.
All of these additions certainly look good, but there’s still room for improvement, which will hopefully come around in subsequent updates.
