The highly anticipated Apple’s event just took place and there were a bunch of exciting reveals. Some of these announcements were rumored to be at the event, but the tech giant managed to bring some fresh stuff to the table as well. Here’s a detailed round up of every announcement made by Apple at the event.

iPhone 6S and 6S Plus

The announcement of new iPhone S phones was very much on the cards, and it was by far the biggest announcement of the event. Both iPhone 6S and iPhone 6S Plus were revealed at the event, and it was revealed that they both will boast a new A9 chip, which is 70% faster at CPU based tasks, and 90% faster for graphics tasks as compared to the previous models. Both of the phones will support iOS 9 and will come with standard News and Apple Music.

Furthermore, there will be a new feature in these phones called “Hey Siri” which will let users say the given words to open Siri. The camera has been improved as well as it now has a 12MP iSight shooter that allows for 50% more pixels and enhanced auto-focus. It will also be able to shoot videos up to 4K resolution. That’s not all. The camera also has live photos feature that will allow you to combine multiple images and create a GIF. Finally, the most talked about feature in both phones is 3D touch that will enable you to take ‘emergency selfies’ instantly.

iPhone 6S and iPhone 6S Plus price will the same as their previous models. iPhone 6S price starts at $199 for 16GB, while iPhone 6S Plus will cost you $299 for 16GB. If you are living in US, you can start a program that lets you pay for your new iPhone S purchase at $32 a month. Both of these new phones will be made available for general public on September 25.

Apple TV

Apple TV was a major topic of discussion at the event, as the tech giant revealed several new features for it. As rumored, the upcoming Apple TV will feature Siri voice control, which of course will be a huge help for the set top box users. Siri integration will allow users to search any content for them based on different categories and titles. It will sort through all the available content and will find the best fit for you. Furthermore, you can ask Siri about the cast and characters of the show you are watching. The users can also ask Siri to rewind or forward the scenes. This feature gained popularity through Amazon Fire X-Ray’s and now almost every set-top box user craves for it.

The tech giant then moved on to reveal touch-capable remote for Apple TV that can also be used to play iOS games on new Apple TV. This wasn’t exactly the sort of gaming platform that was expected by many fans, though casual gamers are likely to have a good time with it. Developers of the hit mobile game Crossy Road were called on to the stage, where they showcased new and improved version of their game running on Apple TV. Those users who have been gaming on their iOS devices will be able to transfer their games over to Apple TV with no issue whatsoever. Apple promises that the transition will be seamless. If you are into sports, then there’s good news for you as well. You will be able to watch baseball with the help of MLB app, and will also be able to see their stats right on the screen.

Moreover, this Apple TV will come with a new operating system called tvOS, which will allow third-party developers to create and integrate their apps for the big screen. Early on, you will be able use some apps like Netflix, HBO, Hulu, ActiVision, Harmonix, Gilt, Zillow, and Airbnb. New Apple TV will be priced at $149 for 32GB and $199 for 64GB, and it will launch next month in over 80 countries.

iPad Pro

The new iPad Pro was also unveiled at the event and the biggest change brought to it is its larger screen size. Boasting a 12.9-inch screen, new iPad Pro looks fantastic. This large screen will be able to have room for all your entertainment needs, including music, movies, TV shows, and gaming. To enhance your experience even more, there’s a full-size software keyboard, which will be a huge help for a large number of users. There is also a multi-tasking tool that will enable you to perform different tasks at the same time. The huge screen supports resolution up to 2732×2048 pixels, taking the total number of pixels to 5.6 million.

Apple’s senior vice president of worldwide marketing claims that this resolution is even denser than the Apple’s MacBook Pro with Retina display. iPad Pro will run at the new A9x 64-bit chip that is 1.8 times faster than the previous model. Camera in this tab is of 8 megapixels, and the battery in this tab will last you about 10 hours. Apple has included an accessory keyboard along with the tab that can be attached to the tab magnetically. Then there’s Apple Pencil which will be supported by a new stylus feature. The iPad Pro 32GB will be priced at $799, 128GB version will cost $949, and 128GB version with cellular data will cost you $1,079. The Apple Pencil can be bought for $99 while the keyboard is priced at $169. All of these gadgets will be available for the users this November.

Apple Watch

The high-end fashion house Hermes has partnered up with Apple to come up with an entirely fresh collection of hand stitched leather straps along with a unique face for the watch. This new collection will make its way to the market next month, but the price for it hasn’t been revealed as yet.

The Apple Watch, which has gained enormous fan-base since its launch earlier this year, will also come with new finishes, including rose gold, gold, and some other new band colors. These new finishes will sell at the same price, starting with $349. As far as software is concerned, Apple rolled out some details about it as well, announcing that the WatchOS 2 will be available for the users on September 16. This new operating system will allow third party integrations like AirStrip and Facebook Messenger.
